- Medicinal Heterocyclic Chemistry:
- Synthesis, reactivity, and biological activity of
pyridazines and fused pyridazines
- Synthesis of higher-annelated heterocyclic systems (e.g.
fused
carbazoles and indoles; new ellipticine and olivacine analogs as potential
antitumor agents)
- Inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder reactions. Here is an example.
